Snatch (Squat)

 2 Reps @ 60%, 2 Reps @ 65%, 3 Sets of 2 @ 70%

“2K Test”

WOD Tips:

-Today’s snatch work is meant to serve primarily as technique work and shouldn’t be very heavy.  Use this opportunity to improve your form and to work on the mobility in the bottom of the overhead squat if this is problem area for you.

-The 2K test will be the focus of today’s workout.  The goal is to set a 2K PR.  You should pace the first 500-1000 Meters and then see if you can hold that pace or speed up for the remainder of the test.
