“Partner Cement Mixer”

12 Rounds For Time: (alternating full rounds)

400 M Run S(250 M Run)

12 Toes-to- Bar S(8 T2B/12 Knees to Chest)


WOD Tips:

-This is a partner version of a benchmark workout we have done before. The individual “cement mixer” workout is performed as a

round every 3 minutes. In this version, you will be able to rest for a full round while your partner goes, so go hard when it is your

turn. The toes to bar will ideally be done unbroken every round. If you need to do more than 2 sets in a round, scale back the

number of reps.
