30 Double Unders S(15 Dubs/75 Singles)

15 Power Snatch S(45/35) RX(75/55)

4 Min AMRAP:

30 Double Unders

12 Power Snatch S(75/55) RX(95/65)

4 Min AMRAP:

30 Double Unders

9 Power Snatch S(95/65) RX(115/80)

*Rest 4 Minutes Between AMRAPs

WOD Tips:

-Today’s WOD is another short interval workout, with a good amount of rest between rounds. The weight on the snatches should

always be light enough where you could do the first round or two unbroken of every AMRAP if you chose to. Combine this with the

dubs/singles, and you should be moving for most of the 4 minute rounds. Go out hard at a pace that you think you can maintain the

same number of rounds for each AMRAP.
