-Today’s workout is very much an open style workout, and pacing this workout appropriately will be the key to success today. 18 minutes is on the

longer side, so try to start at a pace that you believe you can sustain for all 18 minutes. This will likely mean breaking up the push jerks and box

jumps into sets of 10 right from the beginning. Also, break up the toes to bar more than you think the first round. Sets of 5 will be a good
