Energy, mental clarity, stamina, and gut health are all related to the quality of food we eat. Find yourself struggling in your workouts or recovering from the tough WODs, we’re going to help you dial in the quality of your food to upgrade the quality of your workouts and recovery. We also talk about how to find which foods work for you. Certain foods have a different effect on everyone. What might be considered healthy may not feel great in your gut. That’s ok and you have to find what foods make you feel Superhuman.
