-For the RX division, both partners should be able to meet all of the standards below.

-If you want to participate in the scaled division, but can’t meet the standards below, we will find a way to accommodate you.   

-The weights listed below are working weights.  You should be able to get 5+ reps at that weight.

 

RX Division

Barbell Movements:

Cleans (185/125)

Snatch (135/85)

Shoulder to Overhead (115/75)

Thrusters (115/75)

Deadlifts (225/155)

Overhead Squats (95/65)

Other Movements:

Rope Climbs

Chest to Bar Pull Ups

Toes to Bar

Box Jumps (24/20)

Double Unders

Wall Balls (20/14)

Row, Run, Bike, Sled, Ski, Burpees

Scaled Division

Cleans (135/85)

Snatch (95/55)

Shoulder to Overhead (75/55)

Thrusters (65/45)

Deadlifts (155/95)

Overhead Squats (45/35)

Other Movements:

Rope Climbs (1/2 way up)

Pull Ups

Knees to Chest

Box Jumps (24/20)

Single Unders

Wall Balls (14/10)

Row, Run, Bike, Sled, Ski, Burpees
