CFPB Nutrition Challenge Begins January 13th
2019 is here! It’s a new year for new goals, new habits, and new transformations. We are kicking off the year with a nutrition challenge that will incorporate some of the best things our 1-on-1 nutrition clients are already doing to get amazing results.
Our Challenge kicks off January 13th and will go til February 23rd. This 6 week challenge will be focused on creating habits that last, purchasing quality food, and understanding marconutrients to best suit your body composition and goals.
If you don’t have weight loss goals and your goals are more performance driven, this is a great time to get ready for the CrossFit Games Open, as our challenge ends the same time it begins.
What the Challenge Includes:
2x InBody, body composition tests, before and after the challenge
Personalized calorie and macronutrient goals based on your InBody tests
2x 20-minute accountability and check up calls with one of our coaches

60 minute Nutrition & Habits Seminar and Q+A on Sunday, January 13th
The challenge is a $149 one time payment.
Each person that joins the challenge will get to do two InBody Body Composition tests ($70 value), at the start and end of the challenge. These tests will give you a picture of muscle and fat composition that’s better than any scale can. Your results will also give us an accurate measure of lean body mass (LBM) to help create personalized macronutrient numbers for you and your goals.
The challenge will officially begin with a Nutrition Seminar on Sunday, January 13th. This seminar is for SIGN-UPS ONLY. Before this seminar, each sign-up will get their first InBody test done at a time most convenient to them (where they can follow all the posted rules…see the InBody rules). They will have their InBody results present at Sunday’s meeting to get their own personalized macronutrient numbers.

*If you can’t make the seminar, you can use a coach check-in phone call to establish your macro numbers.
Each person who signs up for the Challenge will have follow up calls with a coach at about 1 and 3 weeks into their challenge. This will help ensure we are on the right track, and we’re seeing positive results from our dietary changes.
You will also be able to communicate with your coaches via our CFPB Nutrition Group on Facebook (which all CFPB members have access to). This has been a tremendous resource of tips, recipes, and motivation. We will also use email to send you some more of this valuable information.
If you think this sounds great but you need more 1-on-1 attention throughout the start of your 2019, our monthly nutrition coaching program may be a better fit. To give you a brief idea of what our monthly program involves, it is a 3-month committment up front ($149/month), and then can be continued for future months at $99/month. It includes monthly InBody tests and meetings with Coach Danielle. The initial meeting to get you going on your plan is 90-minutes long. Each week you will check-in with Danielle via email to help you stay on track.
If you don’t have the financial means to join the challenge now, consider tracking your habits and tracking your food intake via a free app like MyFitnessPal. Honesty is really the first step to creating change, and we can’t change what we don’t see right in front of us. You may also want to consider doing an InBody test for $35 in the gym to get a baseline of where you are starting your 2019. We also offer 4 tests for $99 that could be used over the course of the next year.
