  • 40 Days of Unlimited Classes (we have classes 7 days per week and over 100+ weekly classes to choose from, plus childcare)
  • 2 X InBody Body Fat Scans to test your body fat percentage before and after the challenge
  • Nutritional guides and coaching to help you lose weight and keep it off
  • An incredible support group.  We'll provide you with an a personal coach and an incredible community to help keep you on track.
  • Prizes.  We'll be awarding free memberships to the best transformations.

The Fall Challenge blends the best of personal training, nutrition coaching, with the excitement and camaraderie of group classes, to provide you with the most safe and effective way to reach your health and fitness goals.  This entire package is over an $800 value that you can take advantage of for less than half the cost.

The challenge starts beginning on August 15th, and you can join the challenge at your convenience prior to November 15th, 2019.

Because the challenge is customized to you, you can start at anytime between those dates, and your 40 day challenge will begin when you schedule your first personal training session.
